Understand Stays AI

Stays AI is the assistant built into Stays. It helps travelers find stays and deals, and helps hosts manage and improve their listings. It works from the reviewed listing data on Stays.

What is Stays AI?

Every property on Stays is reviewed, approved, and structured before it reaches the directory, so Stays AI answers from that data: it can search, explain, compare, and summarize anything on the platform, from a single stay to a full trip idea, and for hosts it already knows your listing, your audience, and what to do next.

How it works today

• Answers and insights, always. It can see what your account can see (your stays, listings, promotions, leads, favorites, Invites) and answer questions about it.
• Actions only when you ask. Inside the Stays app, the assistant can also do things for you: save favorites, organize trips, update preferences, enter Giveaways, respond to Invites, draft a Stay Application, and (for hosts) manage leads and send Invites. It performs a write only when you clearly ask for one, and it confirms first when an action reveals your identity to a host or is hard to undo.
• Never purchases. Stays AI cannot buy a Promotion, start a Premium subscription, or make a booking. It can point you to the right page.
• It cannot change your status. Application status, verification, and featured placement are decided by Stays review, never by you and never by the assistant.
