Stays doesn't try to control the booking transaction. This allows us to offer a unique set of benefits to Hosts like you.
Reduce the dependency on mainstream booking platforms (also known as 'online travel agencies', or 'OTAs') such as Airbnb or Vrbo without having to cut the cord entirely. With Stays, you can send interested guests to the booking link(s) of your choice: a branded direct website or a traditional booking page on a mainstream OTA—the choice is yours.

No, Stays does not receive, process, or manage bookings/reservations. Properties listed on Stays will have custom 'Listing Pages' that allow Hosts to direct interested guests to the existing booking platforms they offer (direct booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
Stays takes pride in being a trusted, curated source for the best vacation rentals nationwide. To ensure we are able to do this, we only list vacation rentals that portray a superior experience to travelers. Stays with great location, excellent views, rare amenities, aesthetic interiors, unique design and/or superb service are the priority. Our team individually reviews each application and approves properties at our own discretion.
