Welcome to the Traveler Portal

The Traveler Portal is your signed-in home on Stays: a personalized feed of deals and updates from the stays and regions you follow, your favorites and trips, Giveaways you can enter, and private invites from hosts.

Getting there

Create a free account and choose Find places to stay (or Both) when asked what you are here for. You will land in the Traveler Portal every time you sign in.
Already signed in? Click For Travelers in the top navigation, or go to stays.co/travelers/portal/feed.
Hosts can use it too. Set your intent to Both in Account settings and both portals are one click away.

Stays does not handle your booking

Stays is where you monitor properties, connect with hosts, and find special booking opportunities. When it is time to book, you book directly with the host through whatever channel they provide (direct booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, and so on). Stays is not involved in the reservation itself.

The tabs

Tab	What it is
Feed	Fresh Offers, Giveaways, new photos, and updates from the stays you favorite and the regions you follow.
Favorites	Every stay you have hearted, organized into Trips, with a bell to control each stay's emails.
Offers	Deals from your saved list, your favorites, and your regions.
Invites	Private offers hosts send you after you view or favorite their stays.
Giveaways	Free-stay Giveaways you can enter with one click, and reminders for ones that have not opened yet.
Openings (coming soon)	Last-minute openings hosts post when dates free up.
Traveler Settings	Feed preferences, notifications, invites and privacy, billing and plan.
Stays Premium	Offers the minute they post, 5 one-click Giveaway entries, unlimited invites. See the Stays Premium Guide.

A Find a Stay card and the search bar at the top take you into the full curated directory at any time.

Get set up (the checklist)

A short checklist on your feed helps it learn what you like. Finish these and your feed actually knows you:

Set your travel preferences: regions, settings, vibes, property types.
Favorite 3 stays: your feed is built from these.
Save your first offer: keep the deals you are considering in one place.
Check for giveaways: free to enter, and there is not always one live.
Choose your invite setting: decide whether hosts can send you private offers.
