What is Host Premium?
Host Premium is an optional membership for your Organization. It increases the discoverability of your properties, lets you invite more travelers, and gives you more tools, data, and savings to enhance your marketing. Cancel anytime; your listings stay live either way.

One membership covers the whole Organization
Host Premium is billed per Organization, not per property. Once you upgrade, every property listed in the Organization gets the benefits, including ones you add later, at no added cost. There is no "3 of 5 listings on Premium"; it is all or nothing, on purpose.

- 50% off select Promotions and Giveaways: Giveaways are half price, and the outlet rate on Stays-branded outlets is halved for Promotions, while Premium is active.
What it costs
Pricing follows your Organization type (its size tier). Plans themselves are free; you only pay if you add Host Premium.

Yearly is roughly two months free compared with monthly. The price only changes if adding properties moves your Organization into a larger tier (for example, adding a 4th property moves a Personal Organization to Professional). If that happens, you see the new tier and price before anything changes on your bill.
