- Host Information: Details about your property (address, photos, descriptions, amenities, availability), ownership details (though not verified by Stays), and potentially business registration details if you operate as a legal entity.
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (e.g., credit card number, bank account information). Note that payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and we do not directly store your full payment card details.
- Communications: Content of your communications with us, including customer support inquiries, feedback, and survey responses.
- User-Generated Content: Any content you upload, post, or submit to the Platform, such as photos of your Stay, descriptions, or comments.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
When you access and use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage. This information helps us understand how our Platform is used and improve your experience.
- Usage Information: Information about your interactions with the Platform, such as the pages or content you view, the features you use, the time and date of your visits, and the duration of your sessions.

- Payment Processors: Information related to your transactions from our payment processor, Stripe, which helps us verify payments and prevent fraud.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, primarily to operate, maintain, and improve our Platform and services. Our legal bases for processing your personal information include:
- Performing our contract with you: To provide you with the services you request, such as enabling account registration, processing Stay applications, and facilitating Promotions.
- Our legitimate business interests: To improve our Platform, develop new features, conduct analytics, prevent fraud, and market our services. We ensure these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with legal obligations: To meet our legal and regulatory requirements.

To Provide and Maintain the Platform:

- Processing your Stay listing applications and managing your Host features.
- Facilitating and delivering purchased Promotions.

- Hosts and Travelers: Information related to Stay listings (e.g., property details, photos, descriptions) is visible to all Visitors and Users on the Platform. Contact information is not directly shared through the Platform. Stays does not facilitate direct communication or bookings.
With Service Providers:
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Payment Processors: Stripe processes all payments on our Platform. Your payment information is subject to their privacy policy.
- Email Delivery Services: Mailgun for sending emails.
- Data Hosting and Infrastructure: Providers who host our servers and databases.
- Analytics Providers: Services that help us analyze Platform usage and performance.
- Marketing and Advertising Partners: To help us promote Stays and deliver relevant advertisements.
With Third-Party Outlets for Promotions:
When you purchase a Promotion, we share relevant content about your Stay with the designated third-party Instagram Outlets for publication.
For Business Transfers:
